Only nagiosadmin receving alerts,no other contacts

Hello Everyone,

We are not receiving alerts for all contacts. Only user nagiosadmin is receiving alerts. I have created one contact and added some id in Add-on emails but still not receiving alerts for contacts. Can some one guide me for configuring proper alerts for all contacts and users.

I see a ticket is open for this issue already, and we do like to keep issues isolated in one area.

Would you like us to continue working through this in the ticket, or continue here at this thread?
