Create multiple service notifications

Is it possible to create multiple notifcations for a service?

For example, I have a group of developers who are responsible for the content of a drive and want to alert them every hour when the drive changes to a warning state (90% space used) so they can remove old files. I would like to change the frequency to every 15 minutes when the status changes from Warning to Critical (95% of space used).

Then there's escalation. If they ignore the "warnings" for 24 hours I'd like to alert their department heads. If they ignore the "criticals" for 6 hours I'd like to alert their department heads.

Is this even possible?
