Hi Team,
Kindly let us know is there any possibility we can mark the backdated downtime for the host and services.
Since we have missed to mark the downtime, it will resulting in the availability report.
We intend to avoid the same by marking downtime in backdated. So will get a exact availability report.
Kindly let us know if any other possibilities to achieve the same.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Srini

You have an option in the Availability reports (under "Advanced") to include/exclude scheduled downtime. Is this what you are looking for or I am missing the point?

Yeah, That's my Goal.
For that i need to mark host as Downtime right. Then only that time will not effect while calculating the availability report.
But what happen is we missed to mark some host as downtime. So they will give down state in availability report.
To prevent that we would like to mention some server to not to consider the down state while calculating the availability report.
If still i am not clear to you find below sample scenario.
23rd feb : Host 1 is actually downtime for 2 hours. Team supposed to mark it as downtime before start of activity.
23rd feb : Team missed to mark the downtime. So it produced alerts and notification.
24th feb : I would like to mark the Host 1 as downtime by 23rd 2hours. By this way i can get no down in Availability report.
Please let us know is it possible make a backdated entry of Downtime. Or any other way to achieve the same.
Regards

There's no way to do this, unfortunately. I could possibly put this in as a feature request, but in cases like the SLA report I could see this being used fraudulently, so personally my vote for it would be no. Still, if you want I can file the report and let the developers decide.
