Nagios XI upgrade to 5.2.5

Hi Team,
My current XI version is 2014R2.7 and I would like to upgrade it to latest version 5.2.5. I do not find any document on Google for this upgrade.
Can anyone please help me on it.

Be sure to take a VM snapshot first if possible. Let us know if you run into issues.
