Tel field to add while adding new user via Admin Manage User

Dear Expert
There is field called : "Pager Number" in the Contact Management, we using to add our customer's mobile (cell phone) number.
However we not using much this Configure Contacts feature as we adding all our customers contacts via Admin Manage Users with Read-Only access (as we adding for Notification purpose only)
