Hello,

I am looking forward a valid physical integration between Nagios XI and Nagios Log Server. What I want is to deploy a single machine with both software installed, but the manual installation once one of the software is deployed fails.

I would like to know if there is any chance to integrate them in the same physical machine or if there exists any other software for nagios XI which acts as Log Server and can be integrated.

Installing both Nagios Log Server and Nagios XI on the same system is not a supported configuration - it _can_ work, but future upgrades are not tested against this configuration, and I strongly recommend you use two separate servers to install our products.

Ok thank you for your answer. I see that it is a completely seperate product, the key must be adquired separated too? Or a nagios XI enterprise key is valid for log server?

Correct - they are two different products and should be acquired separately. Nagios Log Server does have a free 60-day trial if you're interested: https://www.nagios.com/products/nagios-log-server/
