Not getting proper graphs

Hi Team,

I have installed nagios XI 5.2.2 and was able to get graphs, but suddenly graphs stopped working and getting "No Data to Display" error. I had installed rrdcache previously, now I have uninstalled rrdcache and undo all changes.

After reverting all the rrdcache changes, I got graphs but it is showing only for 1 hour (12:44pm to 1:44pm) not for every hour.

Your load is abnormally high as well. This could lead to a delay in graphs. How many CPUs do you have allocated to this machine? Also, what is the result of top|head -25, and a full ps -ef?

Yes, sometimes we are getting very high load which is also one of the issue. We have set up Mod_gearman and using 2 workers. See below :

It looks like there are multiple Nagios processes running that could cause the issue.
Login to the server as root and run the following to stop the extra processes.

service nagios stop
killall -9 nagios
service nagios start
Then wait for 20 minutes to see if the graphs start to populate. If not, run these commands and post the output.
