Hello, I have configured Service Escalation and over Nagios XI in CCM and I can select service * (all). This is ok, but I would need to exclude 2 services. There is a config code what I'm looking for:
file serviceescalation.cfg
Configuration via WEB: service_description *
Configuration via cfg file: service_description !MPLS Bandwidth,!INTERNET Bandwidth,*

When I do this change on config file directly on server, then all it's great till next change on config via web. Then the serviceescalation.cfg is generated again from DB and I lost this change.
Is there any option how to do this via web configuration?

This is not currently possible inside of the core configuration manager, unfortunately. We do have plans to add it in a future version, but I do not have an ETA for that.
