Hi!

I have a question about "check_http" on NagiosXI 5.2.5 ,
is there any way, or alternative script , to check a URL from a site (size/download speed), we need not only the base html , but the full pages,
lets say i.e. on http://www.lanacion.com.ar , we need to check and graph the response of this URL, including the images, scripts,banners etc. not just the html.

I believe you'll need to setup each check individually as there isn't a specific way to distinguish each part of the page.

One option though, is to use the check_multi plugin which will allow you to combine the results of multiple checks - https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/P ... ti/details

Keep in mind, it will not be dynamic. Any change in where the javascript / images / css is hosted will need to be updated in Nagios.

ok thanks, i think we'll need to find another solution maybe outside Nagios, because our site being so dynamic with all those scripts and banners will make it impossible to update this script on a daily or even hourly basis.
