I used the Nagios Core config manager, and delete all services and hosts succesfully, but in the services tab those services and hosts still showing.
When I try to delete the service inside the host the nagios shows an error.
This is a fresh new install.

Make sure that you delete the services first and then delete the host when you are deleting them in the core config manager. Also note that you must click the "Apply Configuration" button to save your changes.
