AD Auth Issue

Ok, finally starting to investigate moving from local to AD authentication.
I put in all the appropriate information and when I select import users I get the Initial user tree showing all the countries we have the separated in. I click one of them and nothing shows up, it won't expand the tree, should it be able to browse the tree fully?

That shouldn't be a problem, how many AD users do you have? If it's more than 1000 you may be running into an issue.

Total, it may be higher than that, but not per each OU. It just wont expand the tree

There was an issue awhile ago(which I thought we patched) where you couldn't go more than 10 OUs deep, but I doubt that's what this is. There was another one with special characters, that should have also been patched. Are either of these the case?

Also, might want to try just using the top level and leave off any OUs or CNs in the Base DN (or at least go one level up higher):
