SSH Critical (Connection refuse)

i have a problem with my nagios in my localhost server. My SSH is critical. i have do a lot of think but it just the same, doesnt chang anything. please advice and help me.
This is the summary :
Servive = SSH
Status = Critical
Status Infrmatiom = connect to addres 127.0.0.1 and port 22 : Connection refuse

On the Nagios machine, what is the output from service sshd status?

its solved! acctualy i havent installed the ssh server, after i installed it, the SSH is going up! thanks for your respone btw! appreciate it so much! btw i have other problem, i have added windows client on my nagios, status at host is UP! but when i open the status details of that host. all the status is warning and for the status information written "could not fetch information from server". Please advive if you know whats going on. Im newbie at nagios. Thank you
