Could not fetch information from server

Hello guys! I added client (windows) at nagios server and when i check it. the status at host is UP! but when i opened status details at that client (windows), its written "Could not fetch information from server" at the status information. i dont know whats going on. Please advice... Thanks you so much.

Can you show us a screenshot to better help show us what you're seeing? Did you install NSClient++ on the machine?

Hello! thanks for helping me a lot! Sure, I have installed NSClient++ on my machine. Here the picture below. Actually, i took it from google cause the nagios is installed on my office pc which is im out of town right know but it just totally the same as what happened to me. Really appreciate with your advice.

Can you please post the service definitions, and the NSClient++ configuration file for us to look at?
Also, please post the check_nrpe or check_nt (dependent on what you're using with these service checks) command definition as well.

Hello, its solved. I just change the machine (client) from windows 32 bit to windows 64 bit machine. i dont know whats really going on. but, it works after i use windows 64 bit as client. i think, the problem comes from NSClient++ which it only works with windows 64 bit or maybe i just downloded NSClient++ taht only work for windows 64bit. Correct me if im wrong, i just try to say based on my opinion

Glad to hear it's working. If you think you've found a bug, I would encourage you to post it on the website for NSClient. Are we free to close this post?
