WebUI not saying update is complete

I am upgrading our two XI v5.2.5 boxes to v5.2.7. At first I did the normal update through the WebUI. After several hours, they were still saying that the update was in progress (Even though the text box where the progress is displayed says they are finished). I logged out of each and bounced the boxes. Logging back in to the webUI, I get a message that there is an update to install. Going to the Update page it still says it's in progress. At this point I move to doing the manual install. Both complete without errors but WebUI still says update is in progress. Again, I log out of WebUI and bounce the boxes. When they come back up, I log into WebUI. This time I do not get a "new version" notification, however the Update page is still showing that Update is in Progress.
There is no proxy on either XI instance. I have confirmed this error is happening in both IE11 and FF.
Any suggestions?
