As @nozlaf mentioned - it is not possible for us to see the screenshots. Please repost them in a higher resolution.

Also - please post the related host / service definition for the one that is causing issues.

Hello.

Are you all right with the related host / service definition in cfg file?
I attach the cfg file of a host and the service on the server B side becoming the error.
※The server A side using the same cfg file does not give it off for error indication.

Looking at your screenshots, I think that the server that is not working does not have the NSClient++ agent installed. I'm assuming that these are Windows servers being monitored.

I would suggest that the NSclient needs to be restarted on the affected server
as you mention that it was working previously

Hello.

Sorry in clumsy English.

Thank you for an immediate answer.

Yes. The monitoring object is Windows server.
An agent of NSClient ++ functions.
Because I can watch this monitoring object from server A.

C targeted for server A&B& monitoring is established on the same network and sees C from A. As C becomes NG other than PING from B, I want to check difference between A and B, but do not know a doubtful place.
I want to know the point that you should investigate.

I'm sorry, but will you lend the power?

So you're saying you want to see how much faster the connection is from A to C than B to C or vice versa? Am I understanding you correctly?
