Nagios Xi Notification management

Support,
in Our Nagios Xi system , Notifications management is disabled and we have already renewed Nagios Xi support and maintenance for 3 years, We tried sending a message to [email protected] and the mail is rejected,

Please adivse,

1) if our Nagios support is renewed for 3 years
2) How can we activate notifications management option in Nagios Xi

This tool is part of the Enterprise Edition, and would need to be purchased separately.

Your email to [email protected] is rejected because the email you're sending from isn't authorized. Please email [email protected] to request additional emails be added to your account. We do not have any control of this on the Support side.
