Monitored node and SLA

We are monitoring several District Office's we have within the states and provide an SLA to the Business Units. We use Nagios XI to present the reports to show the SLA for the different District Offices. We have encountered an Office which is having their location completely remodeled which is expected to last 1 1/2 to 2 months. We have keyed in scheduled downtime for the anticipated downtime thinking that would prevent the reporting for being downed and increase our SLA numbers in a bad way. Is there a way in which to continue to have the device monitored and not impacted the reporting? I thought having it devices set a scheduled downtime would do the trick but it didn't. We get "graded" if you will on our SLA's and using Nagios to show our monthly SLA's is how we present these totals to the Business Unit. As of now this Office was scheduled to be down at the end of last month but the reports show the Office was down for that week. I am just looking for a method to show or eliminate the down time in the report while Nagios still monitors it since it is aware of the scheduled downtime. I hope that makes sense. :D

What version of Nagios XI are you running?
In newer versions of XI, there is a check box to hide downtime from the report.
This will count any state during scheduled downtime as OK which is what I feel you are looking for.
It is either on the main SLA report screen or under the Advanced menu.
Try that to see if it works for you.

This seemed to work, but I could only find it on the “new” Reports, not the Legacy Reports which we use most. There was a feature enhancement request submitted, https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 16&t=37105, on my behalf but looks like it hasn't made it in the product yet. I kind of had to combine the two to get what I needed.

Glad the the new style reports worked for you.
I don't have any update on the legacy report changes that were requested by you but keep an eye on the changelog when a new version come out to see if it has been added.
