Hi Team,

My email notification is working fine, and it is sending alert every 1 hour until the issue is resolved.

If I acknowledge the alert, will it stop sending alerts to my mailbox? Or how can I achieve this, we doesn't want alerts to be sent for the same every time.

Email notifications will cease once an alert has been acknowledged AND you enable 'Sticky Acknowledgement.'
You may want to uncheck the "Send Notification" box when acknowledging, but I think its good that everyone know an alert has been acknowledged rather than having to assume some action occurred merely because notifications stopped.
There is also the Mass Acknowledgment tool for when there are too many alerts to ack one at a time
