Dashboards Disappearing

Hello,

I have a Postgres DBA that is having issues when deploying dashboards or cloning dashboards. They're reporting to me that when they are creating dashboards, about 10 minutes into making them they lose what they have created. Also when deploying a dashboard to a user, their user account losses all the dashboards that they have when deploying them. I looked in the nagios.log and don't see anything there that can help me, is there a log that can help me track this down form them?

Can you show us an example of a dashboard that you are trying to deploy? Do users have the rights to view all of the items on the dashboard? Is the "Keep Synced" check-box selected?
Most probably we will need to take a look at your profile. Is opening a new support ticket in our email ticketing system an option for you?

Hello,

Yes opening a new support ticket is an option for me. I did ask if the "Keep Synced" box was checked and they said yes and the DBAs account does have full admin rights within the Nagios web interface. I would need to get the DBA to send me an example so I can show you as they're the one creating them.

Please send your profile to [email protected] (Admin->System Profile->Download Profile). We may need to schedule a remote session to further troubleshoot this issue.
