Monitoring Cisco UCS C220 M4

I am having issues with SNMP on Cisco UCS boxes.
I want to be able to monitor the hardware, Fans, CPUs, PSUs etc.
I can SNMPWalk the correct MIB tree and have downloaded the MIBs for the device from the Cisco site, but I have no idea what the returned data relates to as I can't get it to translate to ASCII, it all comes back as OIDs.
For instance for the fans I can get the total fans in the device and their index IDs.
It shows 12 fan entries, then I do a full walk on the Fan MIB Tree and get lots of stuff back in groups of 12 for the 12 fan entries but have no idea what its telling me.
I have found a couple of plugins on Nagios Exchange that say they are for Cisco UCS devices but they don't seem to work, can't find OIDs.
Any help would be appreciated.
Maybe someone else has actually successfully monitored these devices.
Thanks
Tony
