Hey just uptaed to Nagios XI 5.2.8 on my test beast.
My questions are:

If our AD environment dies, can users still log into XI with thier AD creds?
How does the AD/XI integration work?
Thanks fellas!

No - Nagios XI queries the domain controller to validate credentials each time the user attempts to log in to it (when using AD credentials.)

How does the AD/XI integration work?

Hope this helps, let us know if you have other questions, thanks.

my last question is this:
If we implement the AD integration, will we still be able to create and use non AD related user logins?
Is AD an iether or type deal?
