roadmap / upcoming releases?

Hi,
I noticed that the release of Kibana, logstash and elasticSearch are pretty old compared to these versions you can get on elastic.co
Especially the 1.x logstash version of logserver seems not to work with beats, which is we would like to use (especially topbeat).
Is there a roadmap where i can see, when logstash and the other components of elk-stack will be updated to which version?
Do you offer alternatives to topbeat to use with the current version of nagios logserver?
We are currently evaluating logserver and planing to purchase if it fits to us.
Thanks, Andreas

They are old compared to the most current releases of the ELK stack. However, the versions that we use are very stable.

We do not currently have a public roadmap with this information. The components of the ELK stack that we use are modified to meet a lot of our needs, so it's hard to say when they'll be upgraded.

We don't, unfortunately. I can put in a feature request for integration to be looked in to if you would like.

I hope you find NLS to be a good fit for your environment. I understand some of the feature you're looking for are not yet present, but please let us know and we can get feature requests drafted up and talk to the development team regarding them.

yes, please set a future request.
as workaround I plan to use topbeat locally and write to local log. Then I want to ship it via nxlog to logstash and parse it there

I can put a feature request in to explore using topbeat. Please note this is not a guarantee of a feature being added, only a request for the developers to look at this.
