Hi, I am sorry for posting in here, but it wouldn't allow me to post in customer support and need help with something small.

I am trying to install Nagios Network Analyzer on Ubuntu. So far, I have downloaded and unpacked it but when I get to the next stop, installing it, it gives me an error. I do not know what is happening but if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

Ubuntu isn't a supported OS for Network Analyzer, you'll want to install it on top of CentOS or RHEL 6/7.
