Feature Request - movable overlay windows

New laptop. It's an Asus Zenbook. I'm getting old, so I keep the dpi pretty low with it's near-4K on-screen resolution. As a result, I'm finding that I need to change font sizes a lot when creating alerts in NLS, as this happens:
I have done nothing to the bottom of the image, the "Create Alert" and "Close" buttons are simply too far down the overlay window to see on my screen.
Note that this is using Chrome, but it doesn't matter what browser. If I control-mouse wheel to make the font size smaller, I can shrink it to the point where the "Create Alert" and "Close" buttons appear, so it's not a big deal.
However, it is annoying. It would be nice if these windows were movable, so I can move it up to expose the bottom. Or just start the top of the window 20px higher - just enough so I can see a sliver of the create button.
