Cant montior 32 bit counter

Hi Team,

I have a 32 bit process running on windows machine but I cant monitor using the CheckCounter.

The process looks like below.

Install.New.Service (32 bit)

nagios says CRIT: Counter not found.

But with other process like winlogon it is working. The process looks like winlogon.exe
I only use winlogon and the check detects the process.

Could you please help?

Can you show us the full check_command that your service is using?
