Guys,

I am getting the following error upgrading to v1.4.1:

Collecting elasticsearch-curator==3.4.0

Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None)) after connection broken by 'ProtocolError('Connection aborted.', error(111, 'Connection refused'))': /simple/elasticsearch-curator/
Retrying (Retry(total=3, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None)) after connection broken by 'ProtocolError('Connection aborted.', error(111, 'Connection refused'))': /simple/elasticsearch-curator/

Yum upgrades are working fine.
What would be the best way to proceed?

Is this machine using a proxy?
