I was just curious if there was such a way to monitor something like the Microsoft Terminal Services manager for terminal servers. We use a lot of terminal servers that run over a vpn connection and use the Terminal services manager in server2003 to monitor the whole cluster of terminal servers and to remotely connect to users having an issue. Would there be a possibility to add some type of addition to Nagios in the future where you could see a server that has a issue see the users in it and remotely open a session to them to resolve there issue?

Is that new? how would i go about accessing this feature?
