NagiosXI installation Failure

Hi Team,
I am trying to setup NagiosXI, during installation I am facing issue with the below error. COuld you please help me with this.

php-common(x86-64) = 5.3.3-46.el6_6
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Attaching the install.log file for the same.

Is this Red Hat server a clean minimual build that has not had anything else installed on it before?
