I'm monitoring windows services using windows SNMP monitoring wizard and getting an error of "ERROR: Process name table : No response from remote host xxx"
Other services of same server like CPU, Memory, Disk can be monitored through SNMP.

Here are the system details:

Nagios XI version: 5.2.7
CentOS 7
Check command: check_xi_service_snmp_win_service
Monitored server OS: Windows server 2012 R2
SNMP version: v2c
SNMP security: Read Only

Please help.

Did these checks that are now failing previously work? Are you running a timeout in conjunction with your SNMP checks?

Please post the full check_command and command definition for us to look at.

While you might be monitoring some metrics, not all SNMP checks will work with every device since OIDS / MIBs can be different.
