Hi Team,

We are using Nagios XI 2014R2.7 for monitoring huge amount of servers. There is a requirement to schedule a downtime on a particular hostgroup and services of that hostgroup.

Kindly can you let me know how can I cancel this scheduled downtime at one click?

Go to Home->Incident Management->Mass Acknowledge. On the bottom of the page, you will see the "Mass Remove Downtime" section. Click on "Check All' to select ALL downtimes, and click on "Remove Downtimes".

Right now I have not scheduled any downtime. Is it so that "Mass Remove Downtime" option appears only when I will schedule a downtime?, as I am not able to see "Mass Remove Downtime" option and other options after it under "Mass Acknowledge".

My understanding was that this is exactly what you needed.
Kindly can you let me know how can I cancel this scheduled downtime at one click?
If this is not the case, can you elaborate? Are you talking about the recurring downtime?
