Have you run through the "How to Setup SMS Alerts In Nagios XI" document?
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
We also have a "Configuring Email And Text Notifications in Nagios-XI" document that covers a few of the same topics:
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
If neither of these documents provide assistance, can you describe in greater detail where you are getting stuck or having problems?

--this is beyond the scope of our support. The closest I can think of is this piece of hardware
https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/A ... le/details The doc posted earlier about "How to Setup SMS Alerts In Nagios XI" should work just fine.
we have sms gateway running in our orgenization how do we send sms alert via some log file so base on that it will send alert
--If I understand this correctly, you just configure Nagios XI as usual. The method of notification delivery is specified at the contact level, (Email, etc) where the alert is generated at the host or service level based on the parameters you choose. The "Configuring Email And Text Notifications in Nagios-XI" applies to this scenario. Or, is your question more about how to configure a specific host or service check to send an SMS notification?

dear team,
as per your comments what i understand that if we setup smseagle any where in network only nagios require its ip reachability is it ??? please clarify if i missunderstood.
also would like to know is smseagle hardware is fully tested and approve from your team ? if any thing not working will guys help it we just want to clear before we order it.
or if we have ip base sms gateway we just need to build a script same like "notify_eagle_sms.pl" and we can also achive our objective is it correct ??
thanks & Regards....

Yes, you can configure it so only the Nagios server has access to it. The device sends SMS messages directly to your cellular operator, thus making you independent from 3rd party services (or broken Internet connection)
... is smseagle hardware is fully tested and approve from your team ?
Yes and many of our customers use it.
if we have ip base sms gateway we just need to build a script same like "notify_eagle_sms.pl" and we can also achive our objective is it correct ??
I'm in unfamiliar territory with that one, but why not have Nagios talk to SMS eagle directly? Unless it is a simple script, anything else would seem to add administrative overhead.
