Possible feature request: clear flapping state

To my knowledge, there's no way to CLEAR a host or service from being in a flapping state without disabling flap detection. This becomes a massive hinderance when testing a plugin and/or escalations. It would be great if we could have a simple way to clear a flapping state as opposed to waiting for a trivial amount of time for the service to go back to a normal state without displaying "Service is flapping between states" in the "Service notes" suppressing notifications.

This would need to exist in Core before it could be added to XI. If you have a GitHub account you can file a feature request for Core here:
