If the firmware upgrade caused it to stop working then this is likely an issue with the device itself, your best option would be to try to call Lenovo support and see if they can offer assistance.
Have you tried clicking the "Aplicar" button again? Have you tried rebooting the device? Are there any firewall entries/ACLs on the device that got removed?
Thank you

Yes im rebooted ! and im click apply many times
im unconfigured and configure again
No have Firewall !! The last firmware are working well
the firmware has been updated successfully and was working until yesterda
the problem started happening after I had to change the ip in the snmp configuration
im think the problem is not the new firmware
I have snmp properly configured with the latest firmware. but if I change the ip the problem happens in old firmware too
Thanks
Almir

You're going to need to contact Lenovo support for this, we can only provide support for the Nagios side of your issue. Right now it seems the device is not properly working, so Nagios will not be able to properly monitor it.
