I am trying to install nagios xi on Cenots 6.5 and found the following error during installation.

Please assist.

Are you able to post the install.log file mentioned in the script's output?

I got this error now.....

Was this server used for anything before installing XI?

No, I create this VM and nothing installed on it.

Do you have any security teams that make modifications to your servers before deployment?

No, This is newly build fresh VM for nagios xi installation.

Did you attempt to do the fullinstall or the upgrade? Did you do so multiple times?

I only tried twice to install nagios xi.

We would need to see the original install.log to see what was going on, but judging from what I can tell, SQL may have been installed previously.

Just to rule it out - could you deploy a new fresh machine, and try to deploy XI on it once again? If it fails, please post the original install.log again BEFORE trying once again.

I had successfully installed nagios on new server.
