What logs do you want to send to NLS?

If you follow the NLS setup script procedure on your Nagios XI box, by default, all syslog data will be sent your NLS box.

And you can follow the file wizard for any non standard syslogs.

Hi hsmith

I would like to send Nagios log data ,its internal changes data or processes or changes or information on the network devices monitored via NAgiosXI.

You can use the Log Source Wizard to select Linux Files under the Application Logs & Log Files section. The file you're going to want to monitor is /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log. This will show you information about what's going on in your Nagios system. What this will not do is pull logs from the devices being monitored by Nagios XI. The only way to do that is setting log forwarding up on the individual devices.
