Blue exclamation on Nagios XI status

Hello. I have a Nagios XI instaled on my server, and i have seen that there is a blue exclamation in the "System OK" part. There are five green tics, and a blue exclamation on the right (see de attached file). Do you know what does it mean? There is some kind of problem on the instalation?

From the Nagios XI Home page click on "Process Info" under "Monitoring Process" from the left panel menu and check if your Notifications are enabled globally. If you see a red dot next to the Notifications under "Monitoring Engine Process" window, click on the "Enable" Action button next to it.
