I just finished installing 4.2.0 using the instructions https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... 1471455511 after I completed all the steps I get "The requested URL /nagios was not found on this server." The Installation is on a server running CentOS hosting an installation of FreePBX.

FreePBX is most likely already using apache, and for the record, we generally recommend it be put on it's own system. Can you post your /var/log/httpd/error_log for us to look at? This should point to why it can't find /nagios/.
