Hi,

I am in a situation where couple months back I've intensely disabled "notification" by navigation to thruk>home>leftpanel>process info > "disable notification"
And after few day's i enabled it.

Now today, some user want logs and are complaining that they didn't received notification for there respective services.

Is there any way i can search and come to know what was the duration when my "notification" was in disabled state?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer support for Thruk as it is not our product.

Please ignore thruk..replace "nagios core" in place of thruK..now i hope you will be able to support ?

Because you've used Thruk we've no idea how this integrates with Nagios.

You need to contact Thruk support.

Please remove thruk from your mind..i am not using thruk at all. I disabled notification process from nagios core portal. Now tell me ..how i can get what was the duration when nagios was configured to do not notify ?

Searching the logs is the only way I can think of.
