pnp4nagios performance data issue

Hi all,

I am writing this message because I simply couldn’t find the suitable answer from anywhere regarding the issue I am fighting against at the moment. I wrote a Nagios3 plugin with bash language and confirmed that it works fine. However, when I checked the performance data graph, warning and critical lines are missing. I configured a range for warning and critical status respectively but in the graph only maximum value lines are showing. So, minimum values for warning and critical status didn’t come up on the graph and lines are also missing (normally showing red and yellow colour lines for each). I’ll attach diagrams to clearly explain what I am talking about.

I have another machine with Nagios3 and the graph shows fine. The difference I found was pnp4nagios version. I tried to find the answer but failed so far. I would really appreciate it, if someone can tell me which actions I have to take. Thanks in advance.

I think the settings to display the lines are controlled by the template. Take a look at the default template for those settings.

Thank you very much! I solved the problem. You're correct, the default template had those settings commented out. As soon as I un-commented, everything works as I expected. I really appreciate your help!

Awesome! Going to close this one up, but feel free to make a new thread if you have any questions in the future.
