Please suggest best supported pluging for APC monitoring
some lack documentation, others require /sbin/apcaccess or else

But keep in mind that we did not write all of these, and in fact most are third-party submissions. We can't really guarantee any of them, but we can help out if you are running into issues.
What specific plugins were you having issues with?
