I have just one quick question. I wonder If I would like to upgrade free license to standard or enterprise license it can have any undesirable affects? Or it just change number of available nodes and functions without any undersirable influence into software?

Nope, there are not. You will have full functionality after upgrading to the standard / enterprise license without limits.
