Memory Usage Monitoring

Hi Team,

Memory usage monitoring for below scenario:

If the Tomcat process virtual memory use exceeds 120% of the allocated physical memory then; Send a WARN Alert (Email notifications only); and if the virtual memory use exceeds the 150% of the allocated physical memory; then Send a CRITICAL alert (Email notifications and Incident)

Could you please advise here to how we can monitor memory usage for single process?
