Content of Service Status Detail

Hello,
Since the content of service status detail can't show full messages of service, we are difficult to perform a health check for these services.
How can we configure the content of service status detail, so that we can refine the limitation??

This section is not customizable. What details would you like to see?
Your version of XI is quite old and you should consider upgrading soon, below is the Service Status Detail page from a more recent version:

Hi bwallace,
There are statistic data need to be shown under the Service Status Detail, but it only show the header of the messages now.
It is a important item for our daily operation, hope that there will be a new release including this enhancement.
In addition, new version of Nagios XI is under our testing. It seems not quite stable on our environment, we need to take more time to monitor it, thanks!

XI version 5.3.0 is right around the corner so take a look at that when it is released (no set release date yet) although I'm unsure if it contains additional features/ data within the Status detail section. But there certainly is a difference in this area between your existing version and 5.2.x.
Feel free to open a new thread for the instability issue you mention. As for this thread, are we good to close it?
