Error loading a mib

Hello!
So here is my Issue : I uploaded some MIBs and converted them 2 days ago, all was fine, but now my traps are still received in unknown so I said to myself : let's upload the MIBs again! But now, when I try to upload a mib using the web interface, I have the following error message : failed to convert to snmptt mib (rc 13)...
Anyway got this and found out a solution?

It could be a permission issue with the SNMP Trap config files or the folder where the MIB files are localed.
You can run the following as root and post the output so we can see the permission settings?

It could be the permissions of the processed_mibs folder. Run this to fix it.

chmod ug+rwx /usr/share/snmp/mibs/processed_mibs
It it still fails to upload, post back the name of the MIB file you are trying to upload and also run the following command while uploading the MIB file and post the output here.

Thanks a lot, it worked !
Now the other issue I have is the following one :
I had already all the MIBs installed before that persmissions issue, and I tried to get back a trap on Nagios !
I settled up the host, I actived the passiv trap, and I sent a test trap with the equipment ... Nagios displayed nothing while the trap was recorded in snmptt.log ... I said to myself " that's a test trap, it doesn't have OID etc, it can't work", ok, but then I unplugged the power supply, and plugged it again, just to generate some traps, and those are now recorded in snmpttunknown.log ... While I had the right MIBs ...
Here is the trap in my snmpttunknown.log I got when I unplugged and plugged again :

Do you have these MIBs in
/usr/share/snmp/mibs as well?
If you don't then you will need to add them and re-run the addmib command against the CPQHLTH-MIB:

Lets remove the existing entry from the /etc/snmp/snmptt.conf file and re-run the addmib command.
Edit the /etc/snmp/snmptt.conf file and remove the following line (Line 3910)
MIB: CPQHLTH-MIB (file:/usr/share/snmp/mibs/CPQ-HLTH.mib) converted on Tue Oct 4 11:51:36 2016 using snmpttconvertmib v1.3
Save the file and before you try to run the addmib command, you need to upload these required MIB files to the server first. If they are already there, you should be alright to continue.
After installing those MIBs, run this to ass the TRAP OID's to the system.

So I did everything you said and now I got the traps in snmptt.log but it is not displayed in UI ...
So what can I do to resolve that ?
And last question, if I wanna monitor using an OID and a MIB, how can I find THE OID and THE MIB which correspond to what I wanna monitor ?
