Servicegroup command doest work

Hi -
I want to leverage the command to put all systems within the service group into maintenance but it doesn't work. The option is there and there isn't any error but the systems are not marked for maintenance nor is it listed inside the maintenance list.
I went to Home > Service group summary > Service group command icon > schedule downtime for all services in this service group.
