License disapered after restore

Hello,

I have restored my Nagios xi with the following command : /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/restore_xi.sh /store/backups/nagiosxi/1475980205.tar.gz

and after the restore ( all went ok on the command line). when I enter the GUI it says I do not have a license and asks me to enter one.

Any idea why?

What OS and Nagios XI verions?

Did the time and/or timezone change during this period?

OS version: centos-release-6-6.el6.centos.12.2.x86_64

Nagiosxi Version : Nagios XI 2014R2.7

And yes the timezone changed after the restore.

An initial full license is authorized for up to 3 IP's I believe. If you changed IP's multiple times, that may have effected the license status.

What happens if you try to login? Perhaps a screenshot would be useful here.

Are you an paid support customer? If you can you PM the email address on the account?

I just added the license again and it worked fine.
