Could you please clarify what you mean by DL?

I would create contact groups, which contain all of your contacts, and then assign the different teams to the hosts / services as things change. You could freely remove them as needed as well.

You can go to Configure > Core Config Manager > Alerting > Contact Groups to create your groups: 'A Team' 'B Team' etc.
Next, go to Configure > Core Config Manager > Monitoring > Hosts (or Services) and for the host or service in question, click the 'Alert Settings' tab and then 'Manage Contact Groups' and add as you see fit.

Is this what you're looking for?

Hi Bwallace,

Yes i am looking something like that... i can create groups but i want to know if it will not trigger all the emails to these groups? I dont want all the nagios alerts to trigger to these groups... only for some particular host and services.

Thanks

You will assign the contactgroups to the hosts and or services that you want alerts for.

Nagios will only send alerts to contacts / contactgroups that have been assigned to host or service objects.

Yes, you'll need to create a contact for your windows distribution group, and add that to the contact group.
