Hello,

I'm having an issue again with importing users from LDAP into Nagios XI. The last incident dealt with doing an upgrade, and the server hasn't been upgrade again and talking with the LDAP admin no changes have been made with LDAP.

Can you provide details on what exactly is not working.

Sorry for not explaining my issue. I'm trying to import users from LDAP and when authenticating to import, none of the users that are in our LDAP not being listed.

I found your last post and I can see this was moved to support ticket.

I found the support ticket and aparently one of our support techs made some changes to some files on your server which helped fix the problem.

They were most likely replaced in the upgrade, however a copy of them should be here:

/tmp/xicomponents_backup/ldap_ad_integration/

Let's move this into a ticket, please send in an email to [email protected] with a descriptive subject and detailed body with a link back to this thread.

Can you please send the files in the backup folder that I have shown above.

Okay I'll move this to support but I don't see that file under /tmp but I do see what looks like what your looking for here;
/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/ldap_ad_integration
/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/ldap_ad_integration.tar


Is that what you're looking for?
