Dear Sir,
I'm asking from you that can we monitor AD users logon event in windows 2008 R2 form nagios core? if yes how do it?

There are several Active Directory plugins:

Creating and modifying plugins is not particularly hard. Here is the documentation on plugin development, if you don't find what you need:
