few alert notifications are not going out

We have recently upgraded Nagios from 5.2.7 to 5.3.0, few alert emails are not going out after this upgrade. Especially the systems which we are monitoring using nagios agent - NSClient (0.3.9). In notifications, it is marked as sent to recipient, but we never received those alerts. We have also upgraded the version to 5.3.1, still it is an issue. This is kind of strange to us. Could you please help us resolving this!

Could you PM over a profile for me to review, and also post back letting us know a host / service that should be receiving notifications, and is not?
